Project Placed

Project Placed empowers unemployed Australians through equitable access to professional, independent support. They provide job seekers with free career coaching and mental health sessions and assist with skills identification, job searches, resumes, cover letters, and job interview preparation. Their tailored guidance fosters resilience and pathways to secure, meaningful work. Project Placed is a collective of skilled Australian professionals who volunteer their time and services to help community members in need. They are a registered not-for-profit and a member of Volunteering Australia and The Centre for Volunteering. All surplus is reinvested towards their mission.


Project Roots

Project Roots nourishes and educates communities in need by promoting a healthier, natural, and more sustainable way of urban living. They operate community gardens in Phoenix, Arizona that provide growing space for families, educate youth through free classes and school programs, and feed people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Project Roots offers seasonal community-supported agriculture (CSA) box subscriptions, sells at farmers' markets throughout the valley, and is Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligible. They also supply garden boxes and organize educational programs to encourage people to grow their own food. The Project Roots community wellness collective hosts weekly yoga sessions at their Space of Opportunity site. Project Roots is registered as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. They are part of the Arizona Coalition for Change and the Phoenix Food Co-op.


Project Spero

Project Spero was started by a group of young people to support less fortunate members of the community. They sell healthy food and naturally grown plants to raise funds for social service. Spero means "hope" in Latin, and the Project Spero team wants to give hope to people in need.


Prokritee

Prokritee aims to develop the social and economic capacity of disadvantaged rural women in Bangladesh by creating productive employment opportunities and sustainable linkages to world markets. They work with more than 1,500 rural artisans to create unique housewares, accessories, stationery, and other handmade products, which they export to leading fair trade buyers around the world. Each of their ten workshops focus on different materials and techniques. Priority is given to natural and environmentally responsible materials like bamboo, areca, coconut, jute, hemp, leaves, grasses, invasive water hyacinth, terracotta, handloom cotton, indigo, textile waste, recycled tin, and other waste materials. All paints and dyes are azo free. Prokritee ensures all artisans have access to fair wages, safe and healthy working conditions, training, and the opportunity to participate in decision making. As a not-for-profit organization, any surplus is reinvested to support rural artisans and their communities. Prokritee is a guaranteed member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and a member of WFTO Asia, Banglacraft, and ECOTA Fair Trade Forum.


Promesa

Promesa is dedicated to transforming environmental education in Mexico through sustainability programs in schools, homes, companies, and other organizations. For school programs, one of the first steps is segregation and collection of waste for recycling, reuse, and compost. Proceeds from the sale of recyclable waste are reinvested into the environmental education programs. As students engage their parents, the recycling programs are expanded to households and communities. Promesa's curriculum has already been integrated into nearly 300 schools, directly impacting more than 160,000 students and mobilizing more than 400,000 individuals to address the climate crisis. In addition to working with schools, Promesa provides consulting services to companies and organizations of all sizes to help them transition to environmentally conscious practices, comply with environmentally legislation, obtain certifications, increase recycling rates, prepare environmental impact reports, and join the community of leading environmental companies.


PROSOC Innovators

PROSOC Innovators designs and develops innovative products and services that benefit society and enable people at the bottom of the pyramid to live better lives. Their flagship product is Deskit, a school bag that converts into a study table for children who lack basic infrastructure at school or at home. The adjustable table enables children to make any space a study space. It improves posture, concentration, and learning outcomes. PROSOC Innovators works with a network of impact partners to distribute Deskit to children in need.


ProSoy

ProSoy was started to make natural plant-based milk more accessible and affordable in Sri Lanka. Nearly 90 percent of Sri Lankans are estimated to be lactose intolerant and a growing number of people are transitioning to more plant-based diets for moral, health, or environmental reasons. Soya milk uses 22 times less water and 25 less land than dairy milk and has a much lower carbon footprint. ProSoy is committed to using locally grown soya beans and all natural ingredients. They purchase directly from farmers in Galenbindunuwewa, and they are working with them to transition to organic practices with buyback agreements. Their production facility in Ratmalana provides livelihood opportunities for local women. ProSoy allocates a percentage of sales to the education of children in Galenbindunuwewa with a focus on improving access to online education opportunities. They also donate to registered animal welfare charities that provide street dog vaccination, sterilization, and rehoming services.


Prospela

Prospela gives underserved young people access to employee mentors for career discovery, inspiration, and guidance online. Students develop confidence, gain work-life insights, build an actionable career plan, and form the professional network they need to realize their potential. Prospela uses their platform to match students with trained mentors based on skills and interests and provides safe, monitored channels for one-to-one chat. They partner with schools and universities to improve their career services and with employers to expand student outreach, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility programs. Prospela is a certified B Corporation and a member of Social Enterprise UK and the Fair Education Alliance.


Prospera

Prospera produces handmade soap from coconut oil, aloe vera, and other home grown and locally sourced natural ingredients. All packaging materials are biodegradable. Prospera is committed to empowering women, protecting nature, and helping people in need. They donate soap and a percent of profits to Helping Hand Foundation and other local not-for-profit initiatives.


Prospera Partners

Prospera Partners works with social enterprises, nonprofits, and independent businesses to enhance social impact, create learning opportunities, catalyze change, and cultivate communities for social good. They offer consulting and facilitation services focused on growing leaders, bringing people together, and transforming out-of-date models. Prospera Partners provides low or no-cost workshops for nonprofit professionals. They are a member of Social Enterprise Alliance.


Proudtobeme

Proudtobeme empowers young people from less privileged backgrounds to reach their full potential by providing tailored support, fostering equality, and nurturing essential skills for a thriving future. They provide mentoring, coaching, and skills development workshops for people between the ages of 13 and 25 with a focus on creativity, employability, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Proudtobeme uses their surplus to invest in financial literacy programs for students, digital and business skills training, holistic support for young offenders, and other community projects.


Providence Origins

Providence Origins helps rural communities in Sri Lanka develop sustainable market-ready food products. Their flagship product is pure honey from tribal communities in Maha Oya. Providence Origins maintains long-term trading partnerships, participates in monthly village meetings, ensures products are sustainably sourced, and pays fair prices above local market rates.


Prudent Organic Farms

Prudent Organic Farms is developing an ecosystem for sustainable urban agriculture and a food secure Africa. They offer naturally grown superfoods from their own farm including fresh produce, mushrooms, mushroom tea, dried ugu and ewedu, banana and plantain flour, spice mixes, and more. They also supply mushroom grow kits, planting materials, and natural farming inputs like mushroom substrate, potting mix, organic fertilizer, vermicompost, seed starter, liquid plant nutrients, neem, and other biopesticides. Through Ufarmy they provide practical online courses and consultancies on mushroom cultivation, urban agriculture, and natural farming techniques. Students can learn at their own pace and receive a certificate at the end of the program. Prudent Organic Farm wants to make it easier for people to access healthy organic products, grow their own food, or start a sustainable agribusiness in any African city.


PSD Nepal

Partnership for Sustainable Development (PSD) Nepal works with the mountain people of Langtang to cultivate circular economies and find solutions for plastic waste in Himalayan national parks. They developed a one rupee per PET bottle incentive scheme and have cleared tens of thousands of plastic bottles per month. This waste is recycled in Pokhara at Himalayan Plastic and creatively upcycled for educational purposes. The PSD Nepal team builds PET Pavilions out of plastic bottles at trekking rest points to raise awareness about plastic and waste solutions. They also conduct educational activities with schools and community groups on waste, recycling, segregation, and environmental health using plastic bottle caps. In partnership with a technical team from the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST), they are testing a pyrolysis machine to convert plastic waste into reduced diesel fuel (RDF). PSD Nepal reinvests all profits in their Clean Up Himalaya initiative.


Public Thread

Public Thread is a social enterprise that upcycles textiles and supports living wage jobs in the Grand Rapids area. They collect manufacturing textile waste and salvaged materials, including seatbelts, brewery grain bags, billboards, banners, furniture fabrics, and leather and re-purpose them into quality bags and accessories. Products are designed around available materials. Public Thread is committed to community-based sourcing, design, and manufacturing and aims to re-imagine the textile industry by putting people and planet first.


Puduhepa and Her Sisters

Puduhepa and Her Sisters specializes in dolls and storybooks featuring Anatolian female role models to inspire young girls in Türkiye and support their psychological development. They create handmade rag dolls, pillow dolls, bags, books, education kits, and more. Their online store includes free resources to help parents engage in mindfulness activities with their children, enhance emotional expression and attention spans, and develop conflict resolution skills. Puduhepa and Her Sisters provides women with steady, home-based employment opportunities and prioritizes suppliers from disadvantaged regions. They make zero-waste doll clothing from fabric scraps. Profits are used to support girls' education through TOÇEV. Puduhepa and Her Sisters is a member of Impact Hub Ankara and Good4Trust.


Pulathisi

Pulathisi specializes in hand-embroidered elephants and other soft toys. They provide free technical training to disadvantaged rural women, a revolving loan fund, day care facilities, and marketing support.


PULSÍTOS

PULSÍTOS offers healthy, all natural snacks in plastic free packaging. Their roasted fava beans are vegan, gluten free, high in protein and fiber, and available in a range of flavors. Not only are pulses healthy, cultivation has a net positive impact on the environment because they require less water than other crops, and they are nitrogen fixing, which means they help develop healthy soil. PULSÍTOS uses an industry leading paper packaging that is fully recyclable and compostable. For every package sold, they donate to Trees for Cities to plant new saplings where they are needed the most. PULSÍTOS is certified Plastic Free by A Plastic Planet.


Pumpkin Juice Creatives

Pumpkin Juice Creatives helps social enterprises and purpose-led brands increase revenue and expand their impact through compelling copy. They specialize in story-based, purpose-centric copywriting for social media, email campaigns, websites, ecommerce, content marketing, and search engine optimization. Pumpkin Juice Creatives can help new enterprises clarify their brand identity and craft narratives aligned with their voice, personality, brand pillars, and audience persona. For existing enterprises, they offer brand refresh services to update visuals, messaging, and the overall brand strategy. They provide flexible service packages that take clients' budgets into consideration. Pumpkin Juice Creatives volunteers time to teach aspiring freelancers and business owners skills and strategies to help them find jobs or increase revenue. They use a portion of their profits to help disadvantaged school children access books, laptops, and other learning materials.


Punjab Renewable Energy Systems

Punjab Renewable Energy Systems (PRESPL) specializes in biomass supply chain management and bio energy solutions that increase farmers' incomes, create rural livelihood opportunities, and contribute to the renewable energy transition in India. Burning paddy stubble and other agricultural residue in fields can lead to serious health and environmental issues. PRESPL works with village level entrepreneurs to purchase agricultural waste from farmers and transform it into biomass pellets and briquettes. Biomass provides a local alternative to fossil fuels and causes less pollution than open burning. In addition to supplying biomass fuels, PRESPL offers operation and maintenance contracts and build, own, operate, transfer (BOOT) contracts for boilers and cogeneration plants. They are a member of Confederation of Biomass Energy Industry in India (CBEII) and CLEAN Network.
