They set aside a portion of all profits to give back to tea picking communities on an annual basis. Picker's Pocket also partners with the Tea Leaf Trust to provide educational opportunities for disadvantaged youth from estate communities.

Pili Luna has created their own range of designer sneakers, dress shoes, handbags, and accessories and also sells by the square foot to other designers and manufacturers. They reinvest proceeds to provide training and tools to more coastal communities with high rates of unemployment. By enabling rural women to generate income from a locally available material that was previously considered waste, they increase economic security and reduce migration pressures. Pingree Detroit is a worker-owned company that produces quality footwear and accessories and provides meaningful, living wage work to veterans. By using upcycled materials and reclaimed leather from the automobile industry, they reduce waste to landfill. Pingree is committed to locally sourced, toxin free materials, zero waste, and zero carbon emissions. They support veterans overcoming homelessness, provide leadership development opportunities, and sponsor alternative therapy including yoga, meditation, and float tank sessions.
PinkBug produces furniture, storage containers, and housewares from natural, environmentally responsible materials and provides home-based work to women who cannot access other forms of employment. In addition to creating livelihood opportunities for low-income rural families, PinkBug donates resources to support children with birth defects.
Pinkwear is a sustainable footwear initiative started by the Pink Fingers women's society. The shoes are handmade from fabric offcuts collected from small garment factories in Kandana and Jaela and have natural latex soles from a supplier in Kegalle. Pinkwear aims to create livelihood opportunities for women in need with a particular focus on women who returned from the Middle East during the pandemic. They are committed to fair trade and environmentally responsible practices. Scrap materials are used to make key tags and accessories, and compostable paper bags are used for packaging. All profits are reinvested in the Pink Fingers Society to provide employment for more women.
Pinnalandahena aims to create a healthy food culture in Sri Lanka, protect the environment, increase rural employment opportunities, and support people in need. They cultivate vegetables, fruits, coconut, vanilla, and cocoa without synthetic agrichemicals on 55 acres near Rambukkana.
