The moringa is then hand sorted to ensure that only the most nutritious leaves are included in the final product. Waste leaves and stems are used to make compost which is given back to community members for their household crops. Most moringa leaf powders in the market are produced using sun or oven drying methods that affect natural nutrients. MORICEYLON uses a small-batch cold drying process that takes 15 hours and preserves the natural bright green color and nutritional quality of the moringa leaf.
