They source black pepper, green pepper, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, moringa, curry leaves, and more from smallholder farmers in Uva Province. Pepe Ceylon transforms stems, stalks, damaged leaves, and immature peppercorns into compost and supports farmers to build soil, enhance biodiversity, and integrate environmentally responsible practices. They allocate one percent of their annual revenue to skill development programs for the children of their farmers, workers, and suppliers and one percent to promoting environmental sustainability.

Pepper Valley Farm is organic certified for a wide range of fruits, vegetables, and spices, but there is a separate area zoned for animal husbandry and processing that is not certified yet. Their vision is to create a range of specialty meat products made from traceable, on-farm organic ingredients. Pepper Valley Farm currently offers free range eggs, roasted country chicken, chicken and pork yakitori skewers and satay, steamed bao buns, chili and pepper crusted ham, bacon, hot dogs, sausages, lingus, and chorizo. They use the organic jackfruit from the farm to produce polos steamed buns for vegans. Pepper Valley Farm has based their animal welfare practices and processed meats preservation on EU Organic standards and hopes to obtain organic certification for the full product range in the future. As part of their commitment to environmental responsibility, they installed a biogas plant to capture energy from the pig manure. The farm offers free meals and onsite accommodation to workers and provides schoolbooks for their children.
Percy & Bea focuses on serving natural food made from fresh ingredients with no preservatives or synthetic additives. Small-scale local and organic suppliers are prioritized. They are currently expanding their range of vegan and gluten-free dishes.
Perellavelly Natural Farming Producer Group is a cluster of small-scale organic farmers in eastern Sri Lanka committed to growing affordable natural food and protecting the environment. They produce their own compost, liquid fertilizers, and biopesticides from locally available materials. Crops include dry zone vegetables, leafy greens, and legumes. Members also grow rice, cassava, ginger, turmeric, banana, papaya, guava, avocado, orange, mango, coconut, and cashew. ​Perellavelly Natural Farming Producer Group is verified under a local organic participatory guarantee system (PGS).
Perera-Hussein Publishing House was founded in 2003 to publish innovative work by emerging and established writers. They aim to increase the visibility of talented South Asian writers who inspire, provoke, and entertain. Perera-Hussein is "saving the planet one book at a time." To offset the environmental cost of their printed and electronic books, they plant trees in Puttalam, a semi-arid region of Sri Lanka. They also donate to the Sri Lanka Cancer Society.
PERF creates natural vegan body care and home care products from organic ingredients to empower and support women in Scotland and Uganda. Their moisturizing body butters, deodorant bars, body bars, shampoo bars, and dishwash bars are plastic-free and handcrafted from plant-based butters, oils, powders, and essential oils. In Scotland, PERF partners with Streetwork to deliver workshops for homeless women, donates surplus stock to local food banks, refugee centers, and women's shelters, and uses their platform to challenge patriarchal beauty standards. In Uganda, they create livelihood opportunities through ingredient sourcing and partner with Volunteer Action Network to support programs at the Gulu Women's Resource Center. PERF uses renewable energy and offsets carbon by planting trees with Ecologi. They are part of Firstport, Made for Good, and Social Enterprise Scotland.
Peruland All Natural works with local artisans to transform Peruvian natural materials into functional, high quality products. The initiative started in 2006 under the name APTEC Peru as a collective of six artisans who wanted to connect directly with international fair trade buyers. Today, they provide fair trade wages to more than 150 artisans. Their textile team sources local alpaca wool and organic cotton, colors it with natural dyes, and creates handmade baby toys, clothing, accessories, and housewares. Their craft team produces handmade and handpainted housewares and accessories from clay, Huamanga stone, dried gourds, natural seeds, and recycled materials. Peruland also offers natural Peruvian food products and has created a range of indigenous juices sweetened with stevia for the local market. Customers can choose from a catalog of existing Peruland products or work with the team to develop their own custom and exclusive product range. Peruland is a guaranteed fair trade member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).
Pestor Coffee supplies naturally grown Sri Lankan coffee and contributes to sustainable livelihoods for rural farmers. They offer Arabica and Robusta green coffee beans, roasted whole beans, and roasted ground coffee. Pestor Coffee sources from more than 100 upcountry farmers in Kotmale, Welimada, Badulla, and Ella. They visit each farm to ensure the coffee is agrichemical-free and environmentally responsible, and they pay fair prices in cash to uplift rural economies. Pestor Coffee is a member of Lanka Coffee Association (LCA).
Petal Scents specializes in artisanal soap that is handmade from natural plant-based oils and butters. They offer offer mild, soothing, and moisturizing soaps for all types of skin. Ingredients include coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, shea butter, turmeric, moringa, carrot, aloe vera, red and white sandalwood, oatmeal, coffee, essential oils, and natural micas and oxides. All Petal Scents products are vegan and palm oil free. They offer workshops for anyone interested in soap making.
Peter Jones Foundation was established to encourage, educate and empower young people in Britain to achieve their potential. Their Foundation for Enterprise provides young people in underserved communities and underrepresented groups with the enterprise skills and experience to better prepare them for successful employment or self-employment. They partner with schools and colleges to offer accredited entrepreneurship courses and qualifications, including their flagship Peter Jones Enterprise Academy. They also organize Tycoon, a national enterprise competition for students aged 6 to 18. Every participating team writes a business plan, is lent money, starts a business, and trades. Enterprise alumni have access to mentoring and other support services. In addition to these direct programs, the Peter Jones Foundation for Children works with charity partners to reduce poverty and suffering for young people in the United Kingdom and around the world.
Pezzy Pets works with small-scale fishers in Mexico and the United States to turn overly abundant, invasive species of fish into natural pet treats for dogs and cats. Pezzy Pets creates well-paid jobs throughout southern Mexico and the midwestern United States, enables local fishers to double or even triple their daily income, removes tons of invasive fish, and helps restore native fisheries.

They specialize in spirulina powder and tablets and also offer mushrooms, moringa, wheatgrass, tulasi, turmeric, green tea, and green coffee. PF Naturals organizes free training camps and buy-back programs so that women can start a home business without risk. They also engage in tree planting campaigns in their local community.
Philly & Friends produces children's books, wall art, toys, and games designed to encourage confidence and positive values through the power of representation. When the founder had her daughter, nicknamed Philly, in 2017, fewer than one percent of children's books in the United Kingdom featured a black main character. Philly & Friends was created out of the desire to raise well-rounded children who believe they can be anything and the conviction that all children deserve to see themselves and others represented in the books they read, the toys they play with, and the media they consume. In addition to creating children's products, Philly & Friends writes articles, gives talks, conducts workshops, and offers consulting services to promote diversity in the play room and the classroom.
