The Party Kit Network makes parties more sustainable by connecting party organizers with their local party kit and raising awareness that reusables can be easier, cheaper, and a lot more fun. Party kits contain reusable tableware like plates, bowls, and cups, reusable decorations, and more. They are lent locally by individuals, small businesses, and community groups to provide an affordable and accessible alternative to single-use party supplies. ​Switching to reusables prevents landfill waste and reduces the carbon footprint of an event. The Party Kit Network started in the United Kingdom, expanded to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the United States, and now welcomes members from all over the world. The service is free to anyone operating a party kit for their local community. The Party Kit Network is registered as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. They are part of We Make Change and Social Enterprise UK.


Party Without Plastic

Party Without Plastic makes it easy to find plastic-free party essentials for environmentally responsible gatherings and celebrations. Their online marketplace includes environmentally responsible party decorations, tableware, games, activities, party bags, gift wrap, and more from small businesses in the United Kingdom. They also offer party hire packages to encourage reuse and further reduce waste. Party Without Plastic uses a life-cycle assessment to consider the environmental impact of everything sold on their marketplace, from raw materials to manufacturing, recycling, and disposal. They also maintain a transparent list of materials that are not accepted. Party Without Plastic speaks out about greenwashing and uses their platform to inspire and inform their community about the importance of reducing plastic waste. They are registered with Work for Good and donate five percent of annual net profits to The Earth Restoration Service. Party Without Plastic is a member of the Organisation for Responsible Business and the Plastic Pollution Coalition.


Parwathi Products

Parwathi Products manufactures traditional rice flour, kurakkan millet flour, corn flour, and gram flour from locally sourced ingredients. They work directly with farmers in the Batticaloa area and share the sales income with them. Their mission is make healthy food affordable and accessible to people in their community.


Pasanka

Pasanka is an organic certified food processing company that works with a network of small-scale organic farmers in southern Sri Lanka. They manufacture and export organic dried fruits and vegetables, spices, herbs, and coconut oil. They also sell locally under the Micro Agro Products (MAP) brand name.


Pascal Service Promotionnel

Pascal Service Promotionnel helps businesses and organizations in Canada source locally and sustainably made promotional products. They distribute branded apparel, drinkware, office supplies, bags, banners, outdoor and sports gear, and other promotional items. Pascal Service Promotionnel works with local brands that prioritize environmentally responsible materials and ethical manufacturing practices.


Passion Lilie

Passion Lilie is a fair trade and sustainable apparel brand that features classic, streamlined silhouettes in unique hand woven and hand block printed fabrics. Products are designed in New Orleans and made by artisan groups in India. Passion Lilie is committed to preserving artistic and cultural talent; providing dignified employment opportunities with fair wages and safe and healthy working conditions; maintaining long-term trade partnerships based on transparency, trust, and respect with producers in underserved areas; and prioritizing environmentally responsible practices and materials. They use azo-free and natural dyes and organic, pesticide-free, and non-GMO cotton and work with producers to reduce energy use, water consumption, and waste. Scrap material is upcycled into accessories and other crafts. Passion Lilie uses a portion of profits to support a training program for women in India and donates to nonprofits that fight racism and poverty, support people affected by natural disasters, and protect the environment. They are a member of the Fair Trade Federation.


Pasumai Natural Farming Producers Society

Pasumai Natural Farming Producers Society is a group of small-scale farmers in eastern Sri Lanka committed to providing affordable natural food and improving the environment. They produce compost and liquid fertilizers on their farms using locally available materials, practice crop rotation, actively maintain biodiversity, cultivate local varieties, and save seeds. As a group, they have developed community compost production and a collection center. Members produce a wide range of fresh vegetables, leafy greens, yams, and legumes. Perennial crops include sugar cane, cashew, coconut, mango, papaya, banana, oranges, pomegranate, ambarella, guava, soursop, and moringa. Pasumai Natural Farming Producers Society is verified under a local organic participatory guarantee system (PGS).


Pasuncholai Organic Farm

Pasuncholai Organic Farm focuses on organic foods to protect the environment and future generations. They grow dry zone vegetables, banana, guava, tamarind, mango, and sugarcane in northeastern Sri Lanka. They save seeds, practice mulching, and produce compost and organic inputs from locally available materials. Pasuncholai Organic Farm is verified under a local organic participatory guarantee system (PGS).


Pasunthalir Organic Farm

Pasunthalir is a five acre organic farm in northeastern Sri Lanka. They produce compost, fruit tonics, natural insecticides, and liquid fertilizers onsite and have developed compost recipes with different carbon-nitrogen ratios depending on the type of plant and stage of plant development. They also monitor and record soil pH for different plants. Products include coconut, king coconut, mango, pomegranate, manioc, peanut, luffa, and sweet potato. Pasunthalir Organic Farm grows Co4 grass as fodder and to reduce soil erosion.


Patched

Patched aims to financially empower women. They provide a network of Sri Lanka women with the opportunity to earn a steady income and the flexibility to work at home on their own terms. Patched specializes in locally made accessories for children. They use unbleached cotton, jute, and fabric scraps for the majority of their designs. Off-cuts are used in custom pieces and appliques. Memory quilts are made from children's outgrown clothing. They minimize energy use by taking advantage of public transport and using manual sewing machines. Patched has a strong commitment to social responsibility. Examples of past initiatives include distributing undergarments and sanitary napkins to flood affected women and donating baby frocks to a local orphanage.


Pathfinders NT

Pathfinders NT creates safe spaces where young people in the Top End of Australia's Northern Territory feel emboldened to speak their minds, have fun, and live with a sense of belonging and purpose. They support National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and other young people to reach their full potential through therapeutic mentoring and adventure-based programs like stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, geocaching, fishing, walking, and bushcraft. Activities are designed to be accessible and promote social-emotional competencies, coping skills, resilience, and community connections. Pathfinders NT also delivers social-emotional wellbeing programs in schools and comprehensive training for youth workers. Topics include trauma-informed care, adventure-based programming, and leadership development. Pathfinders NT is a Social Traders Certified Social Enterprise and a member of the Youth Workers Association, Northern Territory Outdoor Education Association, Australian Association for Bush Adventure Therapy, and Australia and New Zealand Mental Health Association.

Paul Gregory Media aims to be a force for good that inspires, engages, and promotes mission-based organizations through tailored marketing. They provide a full range of digital marketing services to nonprofit and purpose-driven organizations, including brand identity, marketing strategy, web design and development, social media management, search engine optimization, and videography. Paul Gregory Media focuses on digital implementations to eliminate paper waste. They measure, reduce, and offset their carbon emissions through the Aclymate platform, contribute 15 percent of their time to provide pro bono services, and donate one percent of their gross revenue to local nonprofit organizations. Paul Gregory Media is a certified B Corporation and a member of Social Enterprise Alliance, Social Responsibility Chicago, and Giving DuPage.

Pavithra Stembo Design offers graphic design services at affordable rates for social enterprises, low income groups, and Good Market community members. They have experience with brand development, packaging, store design, and marketing materials. Pavithra Stembo Design specializes in traditional cultural motifs and environmentally responsible materials.


Payapà

Payapà provides a dedicated shared space in Banksia for learning and practicing pathways to inner peace, health, and wellbeing. Their resident teachers and mentors offer guided yoga classes, workshops, consultations, and coaching. They also provide space hire options for programs and events that include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. Payapà prioritizes inclusion and offers services at 70 percent below market rates.


Payap Yunus Social Business Center

Payap Yunus Social Business Center (YSBC) at Payap University partners with like-minded institutions and social business entrepreneurs to multiply social impact. They provide incubation and acceleration programs, workshops, short courses, certificate programs, and consultancy services. Their certification programs equip participants with the skills to create and manage social ventures, drive community impact, and address societal challenges through innovative business models. Payap YSBC reinvests their profits to offer their programs at subsidized rates. They are part of the Chiang Mai Social Enterprise Network and the global network of Yunus Social Business Centers.

Peace of Cake is a family enterprise that provides all natural and healthy alternatives to popular foods. Their cakes are made with whole grains and unrefined sweeteners and no butter or eggs.


Peace Winds

Peace Winds supports farmers in Eastern Sri Lanka to transition to organic practices, maintain records, obtain certification, access market opportunities, and improve their incomes. Products include fresh and dehydrated organic fruits and vegetables, organic grains, seedlings, seeds, natural fertilizers and pest repellents. Peace Winds helps coordinate village markets and district trade fairs to make organic food more affordable and accessible. They operate as a not-for-profit organization and reinvest all proceeds towards their mission. Peace Winds farmers are verified under a local organic participatory guarantee system (PGS).


Peak Biofertilizers

Peak Biofertilizers produces microbial fertilizers to nurture soil health, increase productivity, and support organic farming. Their fertilizers offer beneficial bacterial strains and come in liquid and powder forms to improve the uptake of potassium, phosphate, phosphorus, and other essential nutrients, convert nitrogen into usable forms for plants, provide immunity against soil-borne diseases, and support the cultivation of various crops, including cereal grains, sugarcane, fruit trees, vegetables, and spice crops. Peak Biofertilizers improves soil health naturally by maintaining the microflora of the soil, reducing the need for agrichemicals.


Pearl Garden Mills

Pearl Garden Mills was started to revive Sri Lanka's traditional agricultural heritage and bring premium organic heirloom rice to the world. The mill is Sri Lanka's first export-grade organic heirloom rice mill and is operated in partnership with traditional organic and fair trade certified rice growers. Heirloom rice varieties are better adapted to Sri Lanka's climate and soil conditions, more resilient to drought and climate change, and thrive under regenerative farming practices. They do not require imported petrochemical fertilizers or synthetic herbicides like glyphosate.
